Meet the Founder: Macy N. Burrows

Macy Burrows, Founder & CEO of Echelon Valet Training, has built her career on the frontlines of valet operations, warehouse leadership, and team development. From high school leadership roles to managing teams of 260 employees, Macy brings unmatched insight into what makes valet teams succeed—or fail.

Her journey began as the First Sergeant of her Army JROTC battalion, where she learned the power of discipline, presence, and structure. She was also a top sales producer at FinishLine Shoes, and later excelled in direct-to-consumer sales and training with a car product sales company—developing communication and leadership skills that power her client training today.
